South Texas Appraisal Management was established in 2010 by a group of individuals who wanted to fulfill the needs of local lenders who were needing quality and experienced professionals. Our passion and dedication has enabled us to provide high quality customer service.

Lisa Rodriguez is one of the founding members and is the President of Operations Management, she brings with her over 20 years of experience and knowledge in this industry. As the office manager at Patrick Ingram Appraisals, she spent many years working very closely with Residential Appraisers, Mortgage Processors and Underwriters to ensure required guidelines were met and appraisal reports were completed properly.

 Prior to working in residential appraisals, she worked as the Administrative Assistant for RKM Management which was a small real estate firm. During this time, she worked very closely with the agents and was educated on sales contracts, lease contracts and property management. Before entering the real estate industry, Ms. Rodriguez served 8 years as an Administrative Assistant in the United States Air Force. As a USAF Staff Sergeant, she was trained early in management and leadership skills. These skills have helped her maneuver and excel through the different positions she has held.
